30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • Unworn, with all original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at soren@oldcapitalflag.com before sending any items back. Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for where to send your package.

Please note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Perishable goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to customer error

Damages & Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at soren@oldcapitalflag.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the credit.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at soren@oldcapitalflag.com.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
